We provide a variety of approaches to leadership development. We can do one-time team building sessions that can last a couple of hours to a retreat lasting several days. We can also develop a long-term leadership training program over several months.
We also provide topic-specific training depending on the needs of your organization an staff. From board training to front-staff training on communication and other priority skills, we can develop a number of topic sessions.
OUR APPROACH
While we do have some “ready to go” sessions, we prefer to meet with you to identify any specific areas of organizational concern or friction. We want to structure your sessions to best help you address whatever issues are most important today. Some of the general areas we address are:

FEES
Our fees are based on the number of hours needed to prepare and present the sessions and the number of participants. We also take into consideration multiple sessions in determining our fees.
